Currently working as a structural engineer, I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Andrew for many years on some of his previous projects. When it came time to undertake renovations to my own home, it was great knowing that I could rely on Andrew to address the Building Consent side of things. The proposed works consisted of a small alteration to an existing 1950’s bungalow in Murrays Bay, North Shore. Andrew’s drawings were detailed and concise as per all previous dealings I have had with him and consent was granted within 15 working days of submitting to Auckland Council. The Building Consent process isn’t always seamless, but Andrews vast knowledge and drafting expertise will give you confidence that the process is being managed correctly and efficiently. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the result.

A fantastic view but very steep & building restrictions imposed by council.
