Andrew Duff drew the plans for our home when we engaged Cavalier Homes to build for us. Andrew seemed to understand what we were trying to achieve very quickly, and was able to transfer that onto paper very efficiently. With the minimum of tweaking after reviewing, our plan then went in for consent and gained a consent quickly and without any fuss. During the build there were no issues with the plans not being representative of what was required, as I know does happen with some projects. I can certainly understand why Cranston Homes make sure they do what they can to retain Andrew's services, and in my capacity as a Trade Sales Manager for PlaceMakers I've been quick to recommend Andrew to anyone seeking a good designer of Homes.
