Andrew Duff Architectural Limited is a small architectural practice located on the Hibiscus Coast. Director Andrew Duff has lived and worked in the industry locally for the past 17 years since qualifying as an architectural draughtsman (NZCAD) in 1992-93.

 

Since then he has specialised in new residential house design, residential additions and alterations and building / resource consent documentation. He has designed new houses as far north as the Whangarei District Council, and as far south as the Tasman District Council. The majority of his work has been done in Rodney District, North Shore City and Thames Coromandel  District Council areas.

 

Andrew prides himself on being able to listen to the client’s needs and dreams and believes he has delivered successfully too many happy customers over the years. Most of whom would be happy to provide verbal testimony to this.
