About | Andrew Duff Architectural Limited

Andrew Duff Architectural Limited is a small architectural practice located on the Hibiscus Coast. Director Andrew Duff has lived locally, and worked in the industry locally, since qualifying as an architectural draughtsman (NZCAD) in 1992-93. 

Since then, he has specialised in new residential house design and plans, residential additions and alterations, along with building / resource consent documentation. He has designed new houses as far north as the Whangarei District Council, and as far south as the Tasman District Council. The majority of his work has been done in the Auckland Council.

Andrew prides himself on being able to listen to what the client actually needs, along with what they dream of. Andrew has delivered successfully to many happy customers over the years. Most of whom would be happy to provide verbal testimony to this.
